This directory www.myuxbridge.info is being developed to help promote and expose local web sites, with the goal of providing resources to increase the awareness of local businesses,  to the internet savvy consumer in both the local and global marketplace.

By promoting My Uxbridge Info we will be promoting each other and ourselves as well as our community. While researching this project I was amazed at the number of web sites there are locally, and yet, most search engines show only a few depending on what you're search criteria was. For example a recent search for "Uxbridge real estate" using Google and many of the other top search engines showed  Uxbridge Real Estate Online consistently in the top ten usually in the top 5 (in Google it was number 1). while some other local sites were notable for their absence. One of the reasons for this is the number of sites that are linked to and that link to it.
